Labor rate: $35
All Devices that are checked in and the customer denies assistance, the customer will be responsible for the diagnostic fee.
All assistance that is approved by the customer the diagnostic fee will be waved, and the customer will be responsible for the necessary Labor to complete the job.

In Putnam, Northern Westchester or Southern Dutchess County: $25/hour with a 1 hour minimum
In Northern Dutchess county or Southern Westchester County: $30/Hour with a 1 hour minimum
Remote Rate: $20/hour with a 30 minute minimum.
