At the moment we do not have a physical location you can visit, so you will have to ship us your products. Customer is responsible for all shippping costs unless we work something out!

Labor rate: $35
All Devices that are checked in and the customer denies the repair, the customer will be responsible for the diagnostic fee.
All repairs that are approved by the customer the diagnostic fee will be waved, and the customer will be responsible for the necessary Parts/Labor to complete the repair.
